Howard Cartwright is an Associate Director and Project Manager based in our Manchester office responsible for delivery of all technical aspects of acquisition and asset improvement in the North of England. Howard joined Highcross in June 2006 and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years experience gained within the Property Investment Department of The Co-operative Insurance Society Ltd and latterly as National Building Surveyor for Johnson Service Group PLC. Howard also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management from
Reading University.
Jason Kindlon

Jason Kindlon joined Highcross in 2005 and is based in our Newbury office. He is responsible for procuring asset improvement projects including office and industrial space refurbishments. Jason is also responsible for due diligence activities during property acquisition. An experienced project manager, Jason has over 15 years practice in property development.

Adam Pickerill is the Project Manager based in our Birmingham office responsible for the delivery of all technical aspects of acquisition and asset improvement in the Midlands region. Adam joined Highcross in June 2007 and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with ten years experience gained within the private practice sector, having worked previously with King Sturge, and most recently with GSD Property Consultants based in Birmingham, where he was chiefly responsible for the project management of large commercial office refurbishments.
