Peter Gubb, Bsc (Est Man) MBA FRICS

Peter Gubb is Managing Director of Highcross. He has filled this role since 1989, having been with Highcross Limited since 1985. He concentrates on sourcing deals and negotiating partnerships and is also responsible for the on-going strategic planning and growth of the Company. Peter is a Chartered Surveyor who holds a Degree in Estate Management from Reading University, England, and received an MBA from Henley Management College, England.
Mike Megan, BComm FCA AMCT
Finance Director

Mike Megan serves as Finance Director and oversees the financial accounting function, although his principal activities surround procuring finance, dealing with shareholder relations and treasury management. He joined Highcross in 1995, having spent the previous 6 years as Chief Accountant with Royal Insurance Property Services, the largest residential estate agent in the UK. A Chartered Accountant, Mike holds a BComm degree from University College Dublin and is an Associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Keith Woods, Dip ARCH RIBA

Keith Woods joined Highcross in 1985 and is an Architect serving as Technical Director, coordinating environmental audits, building surveys and refurbishment projects, together with formulating development plans, and managing the consultants regarding design, appraisal and implementation. Keith holds a Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. Recognition for projects he has been involved in include Civic Trust and Conservation Awards.
Helen Wright, BA (Hons) DipM MRICS
Operations Director

Helen Wright is Operations Director, having joined the company in 1994, concentrating on asset management of the portfolio, formulating and expediting each of the asset's business plans, including the marketing of both the company and the portfolio. Helen is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a Business Degree from Thames Valley University, attaining a post graduate diploma in Marketing.
