Global Asset Management Specialists Select Livery Place

Highcross has attracted GoIndustry DoveBid, a market leader in asset intelligence, to its Livery Place office building in Birmingham city centre.
GoIndustry DoveBid advises businesses on valuing, re-deploying or selling surplus assets at auction. Operating globally, it provides valuations in more than thirty industrial sectors, with the majority of its business conducted online.
The company has taken a 900 sq ft suite at Livery Place on a five-year lease. The 60,000 sq ft office building offers flexible Grade A accommodation with on-site parking in a central location in the heart of the city’s business area.
