20 February 2009
Highcross has let a suite at its WIRA Office Park in Leeds to structural engineers, Bridges Pound.
The company is moving its northern office to WIRA, which is located on the A6120 Leeds outer ring road, from premises in central Leeds.
Bridges Pound Director for the North, Tony James said: “WIRA is ideally situated for our work in Bradford and surrounding area and also on main routes to schemes we are working on in the North and South. The premises are competitively priced against town centre offices and nicely presented. We have been looked after all the way by owners Highcross.”
The 115,000 sq ft WIRA Office Park provides accommodation from two/three person suites in the Business Centre through to large corporate office space.
Anna Main, asset manager at Highcross’ northern office said: “The continuing popularity of WIRA reflects the range of good quality space and flexible terms, from licence arrangements for small individual suites through to traditional tenancies.”
Bridges Pound is currently working on projects for Bradford & Airedale NHS LIFT and Tees Valley & South Durham NHS LIFT. As well as the health sector, the firm works on commercial developments, housing schemes and educational projects. The company also has offices in London and the Midlands.
