James Beresford joined Highcross in 2005 as Head of Acquisitions. James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 and holds an honours degree in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University. James joined Highcross after 10 years of London-based investment agency experience, the majority of which has been focused on national business-space investment. Richard Pellatt is the Director responsible for our Manchester office. His primary role is the sourcing, negotiation and acquisition of investment product both nationwide and across the North. Prior to joining Highcross in February 2006, Richard spent 6.5 years at DTZ in London working as a national investment agent. A chartered surveyor, Richard holds a Geography Degree from Durham University, Masters Degree in Property Valuation & Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance.

Andrew established Highcross' Birmingham Office in April 2007, with a view to further expanding the portfolio across the Midlands. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years investment and development experience and has previously worked for property companies and pension funds. As head of the office, Andrew is responsible for propery activities throughout the region, with a focus on sales and acquisitions.Mark Evans, BSc (Hons) MRICS

Mark Evans is an Acquisitions Surveyor and heads the Scotland office which was set up in Autumn 2007. Mark, who is a Chartered Surveyor, joined Highcross in 2001 after obtaining a Degree in Real Estate Management from The Nottingham Trent University. His Main responsibility at Highcross is the sourcing of investment opportunities nationwide for Fund III with particular focus on the office and industrial sectors.Henry Fry, BA (Hons) MA MRICS

Henry joined Highcross in June 2008 to work in the investment team identifying acquisition opportunities. Prior to this, Henry spent seven years working for CB Richard Ellis initially working in the Banking Valuation Advisory Team, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003. He subsequently worked in the national investment agency team where he specialised in business space investment disposals and acquisitions, primarily in the South of England. Henry holds an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University, and also a Geography degree from Exeter University.
