Alan Bishop heads up the
business support team within the finance function, responsible for all areas of
budgeting, financial modelling and taxation for the funds and also providing
financial information to support investment and management decisions. Prior to
joining Highcross in May 2006, Alan spent 6 years at Deutsche Bank in London,
initially working within the Real Estate Private Equity Group and later for
RREEF Global Opportunity Funds. Alan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000
having spent 3 years working for Deloitte, specialising in Corporate Tax.
Richard Tate, BA (Hons) FCCA

Richard Tate is
Highcross' Financial Controller. Principal responsibilities include Fund
accounting and statutory reporting. He joined Highcross in 2002, having
previously worked as Group Financial Accountant for Trader Media Group
(publisher of the Auto Trader titles). A Fellow of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants Richard holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance
from the University of Brighton.
