Chris Mills is Commerical Development Director dealing with the sourcing and implementation of development projects both directly and with Joint Venture Partners. Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with 18 years experience in commercial property development and agency in the office, industrial and retail markets. Tom Gormley joined Highcross in May 2007 as a Development Surveyor working alongside Chris Mills. Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with 7 years development, valuation and strategic management experience in commercial property. Tom is responsible for overseeing the implementation of both current and new development opportunities. Tom holds a Masters in Land Management from Reading University.
